Hillcrest Psychotherapy celebrates the unique qualities that each clinician brings, and prioritizes independence and collaboration. At Hillcrest, therapists are encouraged to build their own schedules, expand on their clinical interests (and hopefully share with the team!), and have agency around building a caseload. We believe wholeheartedly in being receptive and responsive to clinicians’ needs in order to build a strong and united team.
