Appointments:

Appointments are typically 50-55 mins on a weekly basis; however, this can vary based on client needs or clinician’s assessment.

Hillcrest accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. 

Hillcrest offers a limited number of sliding scale spots for those clients who cannot afford the out of pocket pay rate. Please reach out to discuss further.

Good Faith Estimate:

As of January 1st, 2022 under the No Surprises Act you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for non-emergency medical care costs. More information can be found in this Massachusetts state FAQ or at CMS.gov.

You have a right to receive an estimate of the total cost of non-emergency care. You have the right to dispute a charge more than $400 different from the Good Faith Estimate. A Good Faith Estimate is for your awareness; it is not a binding contract.
